Cast and Crew

BRIAN BARTH (Robert)  Brian is truly pleased to come together with the cast of "Standing On My Knees".   He got his start with theatre in the fine state of New Jersey.  From there, he went on to study at Boston's, Emerson College.   While in Boston, Brian starred in a number of productions including, "The Glass Menagerie", "Infinity's House" and "Fuddy Meers".  After Boston, Brian fled to New York City and eventually found work at The Dorset Theatre Festival's conservatory program in Vermont.  Most notably performing in Appointment With Death.  From there he made his way West to Durango, Colorado to work with The Diamond Circle Melodrama Theatre.
Brian has been living in Los Angeles for over 3 year now and since than he's worked with The Gangbuster's Theatre Company in "Night of the Living Dead".  He was also seen in "Sex, Relationships and Sometimes...Love" last year in Hollywood.
In his spare time, Brian likes to spend time writing and recording his music. He hopes you'll keep him in mind for the future.  Brian dedicates his performance to McCann Melton, 1978-2006.

RACHEL HARDY (Alice) Always a lover of theatre, Rachel is happy to be back onstage after nearly a two year interlude.  She was last seen as the karate-kicking Sarah in Sondheim's "Company" at the High Street Theatre.  Other favorite roles include the Lady of the Lake in the original play "Morgan Le Fey" (Edgefest);  the boy king Arthur in Shakespeare's "King John" (Knightsbridge Theatre); Lady Capulet in "Romeo and Juliet" (Long Beach Playhouse) and Mary in "The Mysteries: The Creation" (Chapman University).   Other random fun projects include playing Dana's Mom in the I Love Bees alternate reality game promoting the release of Halo 2 ( www.ilovebees.com); Kate in the short film "The Breakups" (co-produced with 'Standing' co-star Meg Wallace) (www.thebreakupsmovie.com ), and Tina in the "Wand of Change" series, which recently topped 250,000 hits on Youtube.  Rachel has studied classical theatre at BADA in Oxford, England; scene study with Alan Feinstein; improv at LA Theatresports; and has a BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University.

BARBARA KEEGAN  (Joanne)  is the only performer in broadcast history to receive a special Emmy Award for her work as a commercial spokesperson.  Barbara made her debut at age 3 on a Chicago stage, singing a duet with Danny Kaye.  Since that auspicious start, she's entertained audiences in theatres, nightclubs, and on screens large and small worldwide.  Barbara's stage and screen partners have included Edward Asner, Timothy Bottoms, Marion Ross, John Rhys-Davies, Robert Hays and Brad Pitt.  She's played Maureen O'Sullivan's perky daughter (BAREFOOT IN THE PARK), Abe Vigoda's lazy daughter (NEVER TOO LATE), and Shelley Berman's neurotic (what else?) daughter (HOROWITZ AND MRS. WASHINGTON).  A founding member of THE PUBLIC TRUST improv troupe, Barbara has traded comedic quips with Fred Willard at the Acme Comedy Theatre, and made quite an impression as screen icon Jean Harlow in TITS AND TOMBSTONES.  You may remember her as a wisecracking rich kid in the legendary CADDYSHACK, as a blushing bride in THE NEW LOVE, AMERICAN STYLE, as host of her own PBS series THE HANDY MA'AM, or as a popular personality in over 500 television guest-star appearances and commercials worldwide.  Los Angeles stage appearances have included ten roles in the Pasadena Playhouse's award-winning JOINED AT THE HEAD, West coast premieres of MAMALEH! THE MUSICAL, Sy Rosen's THE LA WEEKLY LOVES US!, apocalyptic comedy CIVILIZATION, and most recently, five roles in Theatre 68's long-running BILL W. AND DR. BOB.  Watch the skies for Barbara in late 2008, as a Starfleet Academy instructor in Paramount Pictures' latest entry in a rather popular television and film series.  Visit her online at http://www.lacasting.com/barbarakeegan.
